§001: NEW XBOX EXPERIENCEArticle 01: Avatars1. All avatars must follow have short hair. Acceptable styles are high and tight, number one, and buzz cut. An exception to the above rule is when you are on leave or not actively playing with clan members. 2. All avatars must be dressed appropriately. Nothing too sexual and the appliance of makeup to character must be conservative.3. Uniforms designated as the uniform of the day must be worn during the entirety of the day you are with the clan. Article 02: Picture Sharing1. No pictures with pornographic, racist, sexist, or extremely suggestive material may be willingly shared or accepted by our members. If you were sent a picture listed above and you did not know you were going to receive such, delete it and report the infraction to Microsoft.2. All pictures must not be dishonorable to the military service. An immediate court marshall shall follow if you distribute or possess dishonorable pictures of our armed forces. 3. If you are unsure of whether or not a picture is acceptable, please ask one of the officers in charge. If you do not ask and you get yourself in trouble, blame only yourself. Article 03: Xbox Live Parties1. Whenever you are about to play online with other players, all members that are in the in-game party must join the highest ranking official's Xbox Live party and use the party chat to communicate unless informed otherwise by your superior. 2. If you must leave the Xbox Live party, you must ask for permission to fall out. Failure to do so will earn you demerits. 3. If invited to join a party by a superior, they expect instant obedience. If you cannot join, message them. 4. Xbox Live parties where clan members are involved are for clan members and recruits ONLY. No outside individuals are allowed to access the party unless given specific permission from the party leader. NOTE: If the party leader is not the highest ranking person within the party, then whoever holds the highest rank will make the decision if outside individuals are allowed in the party. Article 04: Netflix 1. Anyone who is a part of Netflix may freely download any movie or content at their discretion unless: it contains pornographic content, bashes our military or is expressively against it, or promotes the use of drugs and alcohol among young people (if it shows drugs and alcohol being used by young people, yet the story is about a police officer attempting to prevent this infraction of the law, that is perfectly fine to be viewed by clan members).§002: XBOX LIVE PERSONAL PROFILESArticle 01: Profile Name (Not Gamertag)1. All player names must contain the rank, first name initial, and the written out last name of the member. 2. The name must be written appropriately, using no alternate forms of writing. 3. Spelling must be correct and the use of unauthorized capitalization of random letterings is NOT acceptable.Article 02: Location1. Instead of displaying your location, you must display your military occupational specialty within the clan. 2. Proper spelling and abbreviations must be used when typing in your MOS. 3. You may not put your location anywhere inside the location area, if you wish to display your location openly to the public, type it into your bio. Article 03: Bio's 1. Any and all content you wish to put into your bio is completely acceptable unless: it is openly racist, sexist, dishonorable to the military, or suggests any sexual or illegal activity about yourself or others. §003: VIDEO GAMESArticle 01: Standard Issue1. Any weapons that are designated as standard issue for a specific military occupational specialty must be used when the leader in charge designates what team in the game allows enforced MOS's. 2. You may use whatever weapon you wish when not on the certain MOS enforced teams. 3. You MUST follow standard issue whenever MOS is enforced and use what has been specified as your standard issued weapon. There are no exceptions. Article 02: Uniform1. Certain video games, such as Rainbow Six: Vegas one and two allow you to wear uniforms in game. Whenever a uniform is designated to be worn, it must be worn at all times. 2. Your uniform includes the clothing underneath the armor and the armor worn by your character and how much armor is applied. All shall be regulated by the commanders of the clan and failure to wear the designated uniform will not be tolerated. 3. The camouflage of the uniform shall also be regulated and no bright or overly excessive colors may be applied to uniform. Colors such as MARPAT Desert and Woodland, Desert Camo, Woodland Camo, and Olive Drab are generally acceptable camouflage patterns to be applied. Article 03: Conduct in Pre-Game Lobbies1. All members must maintain a professional demeanor whilst in the presence of outside individuals and other clans. Failure to do so will not be tolerated. 2. Insults or any interolerable comments made to other players are strictly prohibited. 3. Provocation of any clan member to anger, insult, or harm another player verbally or in written form is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. 4. Challenging another clan to a clan match in a pre-game lobby is strictly up to the clan leader. Do not attempt to provoke a clan war with another clan. Suggestions to your clan leader for a clan war is acceptable.5. The blaring of music over your Xbox Live Communicator (microphone) is prohibited.
