Day of Training (DOT)
Jul 9 2009, 6:12 PM EDT | Post edited: Jul 9 2009, 6:12 PM EDT
All right Marines, you heard what the General said! If you have not gone through SOI, then post in this thread so he knows who is coming to the DOT. In your post specify your name rank and MOS. This is for your own good Marines, you know what they say, "Knowledge is power!"

Shifar my story was posted because it pertained to the clan. Also you never told us your story, maybe if you told General Cartwright your story, and he though it would be a good thing for other clan members to know, he would post it.

First off, does the subject of this discussion say, "bitch about the home page?" No. Then I guess I'm derailing this conversation right here. If you have a question about the home page, ask me via a message on either the website or Xbox Live. I'm not going to have a DOT sign-up discussion cluttered up by useless chatter. So, end the conversation about why Knapp's story is up and not yours (which you never even told me, so why are you complaining, I don't read minds) or suffer the consequences.

All you had to say was "I'm going" and you didn't even follow the corporal's instructions properly. He specifically said, and I quote:

"In your post specify your name rank and MOS." Edit your post accordingly and do so.

Marines, you need to read posts more carefully! In my original post I told you to post your name, rank, and MOS. None of you did that. Then to make it even easier, the General reminded you guys! Please everyone update your posts with the information we asked for.

Well, if you've gone through Scout Sniper School you don't need SOI. DOT is just for those who have not attended SOI that were originally required to do so. Do you find this valuable?

I was unaware of that, General -- I suppose this means that my forced absence doesn't cause conflict for DOT as I'm not required to partake in it. Do you find this valuable?

Yes. It does not cause any conflict with DOT. Oh, and just for reference, I'm a colonel now - not a general. Do you find this valuable?
